Network Rules

These rules apply across both the SwiftServers Discord and all Minecraft servers connected to the network.

1. Respect the Terms of Service
By using SwiftServers, you agree to our Terms of Service (https://swiftservers.org/terms). All activity on our platform, Discord, and Minecraft servers must comply with these terms.

2. Prohibited Content & Activities
We have zero tolerance for:

Illegal activities.
Copyright infringement or DMCA violations.
Non-gaming usage such as crypto mining, web crawling, or botnets.
Malicious activity including DDoS attacks, exploits, or attempts to bypass security or resource limits.

3. Community Conduct

No hate speech, racism, harassment, threats, or extreme toxicity.
Racism or discriminatory behavior may result in a suspension across both Discord and Minecraft servers for up to 30 days or longer depending on severity.
No excessive spam, advertising, or disruptive behavior.
Respect staff and other community members.

4. Fair Usage
Servers intentionally causing lag, abusing hardware limits, or negatively affecting node performance may be suspended without warning.

5. Responsibility for Your Server
You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your server, including actions performed by admins, moderators, or anyone you give access to.

6. Backups & Data
While SwiftServers provides backup tools, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for lost worlds, plugins, or configurations.

7. Minecraft EULA Compliance
All servers must follow the Official Minecraft Usage Guidelines (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/eula).

Selling gameplay advantages or pay-to-win items is not allowed.
Commercial features must remain cosmetic or social only.

8. Staff & Support

Impersonating staff is strictly prohibited.
Providing false information in support tickets or reports may result in punishment.
For support, use the ticket system in the panel or designated Discord channels.
